 The Queen of My World 🌏❤️

My mother’s name is Bentharage Nilmini Khema Kumari De Alwis. She is 51 years old, and her birthday falls on the 15th of May. She is, without a doubt, the strongest and most courageous woman I have ever known.

If I am standing anywhere in life today, it is solely because of her. She is the one who showed me the difference between right and wrong and molded me into the man I am today. Even though I am 21 now, to her, I will always be her "little child."

A Heart as Wide as the Ocean 🌊To me, a mother’s love is as vast and deep as the great ocean. My mother is a very simple and incredibly loving person. She’s also quite "cute"—just like a little potato (and I think I take after her in that way!). Her favorite food in the world is (Hoppers).

Her Beautiful Soul ✨One of the most beautiful qualities I see in her is her kindness toward those in need. She has always taught us to think of others and to care for those around us. These are the values she lives by every day, and they are the lessons she has etched into my heart.

My Real-Life Fairy 🧚‍♀️The truth is, my mother is the fairy in my world. Mom, I love you more than words can ever express. You are a universe that can never be fully described. I love you, Amma! 🌏❤️👩‍👦
